IT HAPPENED AROUND 1:00 THIS MORNING. INVESTIGATORS TELL US THE DRIVER OF THE CAMRY LOST CONTROL AND CRASHED INTO A BASEMENT UNIT OF THE APARTMENT BUILDING.
