Eight scratch tickets worth $20,000 were claimed across Massachusetts Thursday. The winning lottery tickets were all from the game the 'Billion Dollar Extravaganza' scratch ticket , which costs $50. It won lottery players more than $30 million in prizes during its first week, according to Interim Lottery Director Mark William Bracken. The $20,000 winners were claimed at Schooners Market in Essex, Court Market in Dorchester, Plumb Corner Market in Rochester, Speedy Mart in Worcester, Yours Convenience Store in Abington, Dairy Mart in Revere, The Sports Zone in Dracut and James Quick Mart in Swansea.
