CHELSEA — A 20-year-old man was arraigned today on a fugitive from justice charge in Chelsea District Court after he fled to Revere from New Hampshire after allegedly killing his mother in Danville, New Hampshire on Aug. 3, the Suffolk County Distract Attorney's office announced. A warrant was issued for James Coe, charging him with second-degree murder for knowingly causing his mother's death by shooting her with a rifle, the Attorney General's Office announced in a joint release with state and local police.
